"I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me!

Your dead will live; their corpses will rise.  You who lie in the dust, awake and shout for joy, for your dew is as the dew of the dawn, and the earth will give birth to the departed spirits.  Come, my people, enter into your rooms and close your doors behind you; hide for a little while until indignation [wrath] runs its course.  For behold, the Lord is about to come out from His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; and the earth will reveal her bloodshed and will no longer cover her slain. (Isaiah 26:19-21)

...and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, that is Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come. (1 Thessalonians 1:10)

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. (Revelation 5:9-10)

Below are links to a 3-part 100% AWESOME audio study by Pastor Douglas Riggs (interview with GeorgeAnn Hughes of The Byte Show).  I don't think I have ever heard pre-Trib Rapture taught in a better light!  I have been an avid student of Bible prophecy since 1981, but Douglas opened my eyes to things I'd never even considered, from the Word of the Most High!  You will NOT want to miss these audios, and be sure to share them with others; especially those who are anti pre-Trib!

Pre-Trib Rapture Verse. using "God's Valentine" as a pattern. Enjoy!

One more thing, in all the years I have been teaching prophecy I have never had one person answer this question.  If Christian's who are alive today go through the tribulation period (not raptured before) then who will Christ (and the Saints) rule over when He comes to reign for one-thousand years on earth (Millennium)?  According to you if the rapture and the Second Coming occur at the end of the tribulation period who will be left on the earth for us to reign over?  You must remember that I Thessalonians 4:13-18 says that every Christian will be raptured who is on the earth.  The Bible also says that everyone outside of Christians will take the mark and it's clear they will be executed at the coming of the Lord. With that said, I ask again, who will be left on the earth to enter into the Millennium?

The Rapture: Satan's Final Defeat (by Joseph Chambers)   <- FEATURE!!!
The anger of Satan against the Rapture of the saints is because this event will be his final defeat. Calvary, the Resurrection, and all the victory of Jesus' death and life were certainly Satan's greatest defeat. It has been downhill for him since he was cast out of Heaven. The Rapture will seal his doom forever.

Timing of the Rapture In Correlation with the Peace Agreement (by Shanthini)
I used to be confused with these questions re: pre-trib,(church taken out before the Tribulation) mid-trib (in the middle of the Tribulation)and post-trib (after the Tribulation).  When will the church/Christians be taken out?  Before the Peace Accord or after?  When will the Gog/Magog war be?  When will the annihilation of the Edom/Palestine take place?

Rapture Linked to Current Middle East Peace Process, Part 1 of 2 (by Michael Hile)
Those who are watching for signs of the Lord’s return for His saints, as commanded in Matthew 24:42-44, sense that the Rapture is quickly approaching. Although no sign is given in the Scriptures concerning “the day and hour” of the Rapture, some believe Hebrews 10:25 implies that we will be able to see the day of the Rapture approaching...

Rapture Linked to Current Middle East Peace Process, Part 2 of 2 (by Michael Hile)
God made it clear in the Old Testament that He had given Israel temporary custody of His land, and He would take punitive action against those nations that divide His land (see Genesis 15:18, Joel 3:2).

The World’s Response to the Rapture
There is a growing hatred for anything that centers on Jesus Christ. Its like the world wants to promote a “god” idea that can fit all belief systems, but trashes the God of Christianity and the idea of the Son of God as a Savior of all men. There is an even greater hatred for the idea of a Rapture, where a large number of people are going to be caught up and supernaturally removed. More and more of the leading ministers in Biblical circles are denying the Rapture and turning to theological ideas that suggest a Christian dominion of the earth rather than escape from the earth. Much of the Evangelical world and all of the Catholic leadership are dead set against a sudden exodus of the chosen saints of God.

Is There Scriptural Proof of a Pre-Trib Rapture? (Debate between Me & Jovial on 5 Doves)
And truth is, there's no verses pointing to a rapture at the start of this 7 year period, all of which precedes the abomination of desolation and every event in Dan 11:32-44 and every event in Matt 24, since it starts with what will happen AFTER the abomination of desolation as well. Click HERE for my response to Jovial.

Timing of the Rapture (by Gerry Almond)
The timing of the rapture was carefully concealed in the open by our Lord so that efforts to place it on our time table by some indicator would fail, I think.  In light of what is now being published regarding November 14/15 of this year, I would like you to have this article about the count of days as an INTERESTING piece of the puzzle.  You may discard it or use it or simply keep it.

Timing of the Rapture in the Song of Solomon (by Gerry Almond)
Just like our precious Lord, He as a book that is seldom used but which, in my opinion, has a wealth of information to us and to the Jews for the times in which we live. Our failure to understand it is both sad and inexcusable and may have denied us the truth of where we are in these last times as the Christian Church awaiting the return of our Shepherd Lover.

Please do not be discouraged. As one who has watched diligently since 1988 and even before that, back as far, as say 1955, I am in a position to be disappointed just as much as any of you that the Jewish New Year did not bring Jesus return for us. But, remember, no matter what, Jesus IS coming back as He promised and that is a Bible fact. Now, think on this.

In Emil Gaverluk's book, "The Rapture before the Russian invasion of Israel," pages 173-177, the author has actual copies of original pages of seven major pre-KJV English versions of the Bible that show the Greek word apostasia translated as "departing first."

The next great event on God's prophetic calendar is the rapture of the church.  The Old Covenant provides us a beautiful picture of this event through one of the Bible's most unique and mysterious figures - the prophet ENOCH.

Jewish Wedding Customs & the Rapture

The Lord Shall Blow His Trumpet & His Arrow Shall Go Forth Like Lightning, by Chris McDonald

There is no other feast with more FUTURE prophetic overtones than the Feast of Trumpets! It’s interesting to note that Rosh Hashanah actually does not commemorate any historical events of Israel’s past, yet portrays all events YET in the future for both National Israel AND the church. The next great event on God’s prophetic calendar is the rapture of the church when the Trump of God shall sound, the dead in Christ shall rise FIRST, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord and be with Him forever and forever.

The Pre-Tribulation Rapture (by David Cloud)
The word "rapture" does not appear in the Bible, but it is the term used by many Christians to describe the catching away of the saints described in 1 Th. 4:13-18. The term "caught up" in 1 Th. 4:17 is also translated "pluck" (Jn. 10:28), "take by force" (Acts 23:10), and "pulling [out of the fire]" (Jude 23). It refers to a forceful seizing and a snatching away.

It is used of the devil snatching the word of God from the heart of the foolish (Mt. 13:19) and of the Spirit of God snatching away Philip after the conversion of the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8:39). This is exactly what Christ will do to the New Testament believers before the onslaught of the Great Tribulation.

The Rapture (by Israel Today)
Throughout history, Christians have waited for the Rapture with a constant anticipation that it would take place in their lifetime. They applied the words of Jesus, “one will be taken and one will be left” (Matthew 24:40-41), to the moment when believers would be taken up to heaven to be with the Lord.

"The Rapture" (by Ron Graff)
"Rapture" ... This controversial word brings indescribable hope and joy to some... and confusion and even dread to others... But the event we are going to discus known as the Rapture ... should be nothing less then the ultimate Blessed Hope and eager expectation of every true Christian. It is what the early church longed for and through the centuries has continued to be the hope of many. While others have decided it is something too good to be true and abandoned such thoughts... obviously they have forgotten that everything about our Lord Jesus Christ is too good to be true - YET IT IS!

Here are some topics addressed in this audio: (a) At the Rapture, will we disappear immediately, or merely be “changed” into our immortal bodies?, (b) What will occur at the physical 2nd Coming of Yahshua?, (c) How will the Jews react to Yahshua at the 2nd Coming? , (d) How will the Euphrates River be dried up for “the battle”? These questions and more are answered on this fascinating audio!

"Revealing The Rapture-The Blessed Hope!" (by The Good News Ministry & Missions Outreach)
Man's astounding venture into space is weak and insignificant, however, in comparison to the space trip that Christians will take when Jesus comes. Known as the RAPTURE, many believers eagerly anticipate the return of Christ which could take place at any moment. His coming will be sudden and unannounced and all believers will then be taken up into the air and will be forever with the Lord.

Unless You Have Believed In Vain (The Resurrection & the Rapture, Part 1) by Chris McDonald (Spirit Journals)
When one speaks of the Rapture of the church one always speaks of the Resurrection of the believer. The resurrection of the believer can only take place because of the Resurrection of Christ. The 15th chapter of 1 Corinthians speaks and proclaims the single most important part of this Epistle and contains a connected, labored, and unanswerable argument for the main truth of Christianity and for that matter, Christianity itself. The doctrine of the Resurrection ad actually been denied by some in Corinth, the church to whom this epistle was addressed. This error had obtained a footing not only in Corinth but also the entire Church during Paul’s time. On what grounds, or by what portion or party it was denied, is unknown. From 2 Timothy we learn that it was held by some that the Resurrection was passed already, and consequently, that there was noting but a spiritual resurrection to come. To counteract these errors, and to put the Doctrine of the Resurrection of the dead on a firm foundation, and thus to furnish a demonstration of the truth of Christianity is the design of this chapter. While defending the doctrine of the resurrection of the dead, Paul was in effect, also defending the rapture of the church, which is one and the same as the resurrection.

11 Days to Rapture (Ben Segrest & Pastor Riley)
By the way, one of the reasons (among many) that I believe the whole earth is going to be darkened is because of the Lord's proclamation in Ezekiel 32:7.  This passage appears to be in harmony with Peter's statement in Acts 2:20.

8 Days to Rapture
Jesus used the word midnight only three times as recorded in the Bible.  The first in the parable of the ten virgins, the second in relation to watch for His coming, and the third in the parable about a man seeking bread from his neighbor and then related that to asking God for the Holy Spirit.

The 2 or 3 Days of Darkness Before the Rapture
Brother Riley and I have spent many, many of our years looking to Jesus in our life here on earth but we are no different from the saints that have gone on before us.  We claim no special message from God telling us that we have received “undeniable evidence in front of our faces so that we know for sure that this is, the moment we have been praying and waiting for”.
