Dearest Father, may the beginning of 2009 see Your children already in eternity with You! If not, please protect us until Yahshua returns to take us Home... not because we deserve it, but for the sake of ten righteous men... and Your lovingkindness! And please show me and Richard very soon what you would like us to do special for You in 2009.
My eternal love! Peggy McIlveene 12/29/08

Things I'm particularly thankful for in 2008:
Father Yahweh found Richard two jobs, both with the same FINE company! He started as a Security Guard on February 1, which I hated, because he had such weird hours. I was VERY grateful He found Richard a good job, though, so I tried (and failed and kept apologizing) not to complain about it. Father Yahweh has enough ungrateful people to listen to without me adding to the mixture!. I finally got used to it, as did the dogs, but we still hated the hours. He was working Tuesday & Wednesday nights (11 PM - 7 AM), and every Saturday & Sunday (7 AM - 3 PM). Then a coworker retired, and they gave Richard the 3-11 PM shift; it was supposed to be Monday-Friday, but they kept having him work most weekends (meaning NO days off), and often doubles, which kicked his tail! He even had to work Thanksgiving day and the day after, which I was off for! Then in December, he received a new position within the company, as well as new bosses.
May 25, 2008 made my 13th year of working for the same company. I love my bosses and their families, as well as all the coworkers in other locations, and our clients, and enjoy my job as an Executive Secretary. It is a 3-hour/day drive, but the Lord gave me a wonderful vehicle to replace my totaled Neon with (an HHR), which has an MP3 player in it, so Richard is able to make VERY large CD's for me to listen to! Each CD in MP3 format will hold approximately 125 songs, or 12+ hours of audio files. I wish my company would move closer to my home, but as it stands, at least I am used to the drive, and very comfortable with it, for which I am grateful to Him! He has removed most all of my driving fears, because He's had me drive in all sorts of inclement weather, which was necessary to get me over the fear, plus driving in those conditions taught me to be more careful and not to follow too closely.
On June 2, I reached TWO years smoke free, after 35 years of heavy smoking! Click HERE to read full story, or for help with quitting.
On July 27th, Richard was back in the hospital again! I was, of course, petrified that it was his heart again. To make this long story/praise report short, click HERE to read the details.
He brought MANY new friends into my life, and continued wonderful relationships with our existing friends and family. Thank You, Father!
In July, He gave us a new daughter; Richard's son, Josh, married a fine young lady (Sheerie), who is a very precious daughter-in-law.
Christmas was very blessed this year; my parents came (Mama turned 84 this year, and Daddy turned 88), my Aunt Gladys May, all three of my children, and Shelly's husband and my step-grandsons came. Food was plentiful, and blessings were superb!
Throughout this year, Father Yahweh has financially blessed us in a way only He can do, for which we are extremely grateful, especially considering the economy as it is currently. All praise be to the Most High.
I have had the pleasure of running His-Forever for Him since November 3, 2003, and it has grown tremendously, thanks to His leading. May it point MANY to Him in the coming year(s)!
May Yahshua return SOON to take us Home! Love to you in Him!
