My Second TNG License Plate in 2008!

NOTE: The photo was fuzzy since it was taken with my cell phone.  The license plate in front of me says 308 TNG.  What are the odds???  I’d never seen another TNG license plate in my life before 8/15/08, when I saw one that said 280 TNG!
