This page is done in memory of my daughter, Shelly's, precious baby, Nicole, who only lived for a week.  I know that she has been in the arms of Jesus ever since, but the pain of her loss is still with us.  I look SO forward to spending eternity getting to know her.  Shelly got pregnant again the following year, and had a miscarriage.  I pray the Lord will bless her with another daughter before He returns for us, but if He doesn't, it's comforting to know that when I am in eternity, I will have 4 grandchildren (Shelly's been a stepmom to two precious little boys for 6 years now... Update, 1/17/05: Through the Garden Sprayed With Dew

I can’t tell you, angel baby,
how very much I miss you.
It may not have hurt so much,
if I’d been able just to kiss you.

  You were such a tiny little babe,
with tubes running everywhere.
And I wanted so to hold you,
but I knew I didn’t dare.

  But Jesus took you to Him
after one week had gone by.
And ever since that fateful day,
you’ve been with Him on high.

  The pains and heartaches of this life,
you’ll never have to know.
And though we’re happy for that fact,
it hurt to see you go.

  Your Mom is fine and happy now,
and your Memaw’s happy, too.
And when our spirits leave this world,
we’ll forever be with you!!!
