This poem is dedicated to He who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens!

To the Church of Philadelphia,
God’s favorite Church Age ever:
He knows our deeds and gives to us

a door that'll be shut to us never.

We have little power, but keep His word,
and have not denied His name.
He’ll cause the false Jews of Satan’s temple
to bow at our feet in shame.

Since you’ve kept His command to endure,
He’ll keep you from the hour of testing
that'll come on an unbelieving world,
while the Church, with the Lord will be resting.

We shall be a pillar in God’s temple,
and He’ll write on our heads His Name.
And the New Jerusalem shall be with us,
His Bride, presented without blame!
