A Small Still Voice

1 Kings 19:10-13

And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, [even] I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; [but] the LORD [was] not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; [but] the LORD [was] not in the earthquake: and after the earthquake a fire; [but] the LORD [was] not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice
And it was [so], when Elijah heard [it], that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, [there came] a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

A small still voice?

Elijah knew from experience this small voice was the LORD God of hosts.  God has not changed and he still speaks to mankind in a small still voice.  We have two problems:

1) getting quiet long enough to hear his voice
2) believing that what is heard is, in fact, the Word of The Lord

After believing that one has heard the small still voice, it can require years of waiting for manifestation or understanding.  It the voice references something in the near future, it may require 1-40 years of waiting.  If the voice references something long term,  the hearer may go to his rest and never personally see the manifestation or have understanding.  Does this diminish the truth of what he heard?  Not at all.  God does not view time as mortal man.  In his view, 1000 years is a single day and no man yet has lived a full day.

Additionally, God sometimes speaks cryptically.   He may reference something about which the hearer has no knowledge.  The hearer then endeavors to seek out that which the Lord references.  This, too, can take years before understanding finally comes.

In real time. I don't consider myself a prophet by any means but I do sometimes hear a small still voice.  Such was a cryptic statement I overheard on 29 Sept 2003, 3 Tishri, the day after Feast of Trumpets, a two-day event.  After five years of searching for understanding, the following is the best I can do at interpreting this cryptic statement which was - "You have nine [cryptic word here] days to close on your [whose?] house".

After five years, I believe the cryptic word was "Tekia/Trumpet".  I further believe it was said to the enemy of our souls who has had at least limited access to heaven where he accuses us before the throne.  If interpreted correctly, satan was told on the day after the sounding of the final trumpet in 2003 that he had nine trumpet days to close on his house in heaven, denying him access to the throne of God.  This is serious enough to enrage him causing war in the heavens.

This is the way I interpret this at present.  There are two Tekia/Trumpet days each year.  In 2003, both Trumpet days were past.  Count two Trumpet days for each of the years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.  That totals 8 trumpet days.  As interpreted, at the sounding of the 9th Tekia/Trumpet day, satan loses access to the throne in heaven and a cleansing (7 days) occurs which takes us to Yom Kippur 2008.  The ninth Tekia/Trumpet (from 9-29-2003 - 3 Tishri) was blown (USA time) on 29 Sept 2008.

Evidence on the ground.

29 Sept 2003 saw the DOW drop by 777.7 points, the largest point-drop in history.  As interpreted, I believe this was the day war began in heaven with satan ultimately being cast down between 1 and 9 Tishri 2008.  21 days are involved.  This places satan's arrival on earth in the present time-frame.  9 Tishri was 8 October 2008.  "Octo" means 8 in Latin.  Thus, we have the 8th day of the 8th month in the 8th year > 888 is the Gematria of "Jesus".   The numerical meaning of 777 is "Christ".  8 October 2008 plus 21 days is 29 October 2008 the day some believe tribulation begins.

We can offer opinions but God alone will have the final say on whether this interpretation is correct.
